Our professional fitness team possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide a safe and effective exercise and fitness program with designed instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals for all of our members.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Take your results to the next level in our small group training program (2-3 women maximum). Focus on achieving individual fitness goals in a group setting! Our small group training not only gives you access to team training, but also the motivation you need to succeed!

PILATES TRAINING

Our Certified Pilates instructors are there to help our members to utilize Pilates to promote their overall health, to improve muscle tone and strength, and to achieve better health. Enroll in our individual or small group programs!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Our group fitness classes offer a FUN and CHALLENGING way to workout. Feel motivated by our instructors and energized from the other ladies in the class! Meet new friends, get fit, and feel inspired while doing so. You can choose from a selection of classes like Zumba, Essentrics, Light & Fit, Mat Pilates, Spin, Toning, Yoga, Zumba Toning and more!

Dynamic full body stretch &

flowing movements of Tai Chi that creates long, lean, flexible muscles while healing and increasing mobility + flexibility.

LIGHT & FIT

A great balanced class with light resistance training and low impact  cardio.

MAT PILATES

Build your body awareness with Pilates techniques that will build your core, strength and flexibility.

SPIN

Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain -this will get your heart pumping!

TONING

Circuit training for your complete body using light weights with cardio intervals.

YOGA

Flows that will help balance mind and body through poses and movement that stretch and strength.
